We actively carry on studies on our e-Transformation applications that we offer without the need for any external source. We started our journey in 2013 with e-Invoice and E-Book to continue with e-Archive in 2015, e-Export Invoice in 2017, e-Waybill in 2019 and finally with e-Producer Receipt in 2020. As I have stated, we have taken part in the e-Invoice process in Turkey since the beginning. In e-Invoice as in all our e-Applications, we offer a structure that is able to create, read, filter and change, as required by legislation, its own content (UBL). This capability of the solution in creating content, allows it to respond to requests and to execute tests and integrations in a much faster way. Our solution offers all invoice sending/receiving and response sending/receiving features identified by the Revenue Administration (GIB) like sending/receiving responses of export invoices, export-registered invoices, public invoices, tax-free invoices and commercial invoices. Besides, it is compatible with the features provided by GIB although not taking part in the e-Transformation system. For example, our users are able to execute processes in a fast way when a basic invoice is rejected on the Registered Electronic Mail system. Our users can manage all e-invoice processes on caniasERP. Our e-Invoice solution both serves the legal requirement between the sending and receiving companies and supports the in-company processes before sending or after receiving an invoice. In brief, it is fully integrated with all our modules. In addition, I would like to state that we meet similar requirements of our global customers. For example, we offer ZugFerd application in caniasERP for our customers in Germany.
Certainly. We carry on our studies with the aim to offer integrated solutions to all software needs of our customers. e-Signature is one of the services that we offer. The e-Signature application we offer with canias4.0, is able to sign all kinds of electronic documents and files and it has a structure that can be improved to allow adapting to the developments in these fields. The greatest advantage of our solution is that, it is fully integrated with the system. caniasERP users can easily manage their processes without the need for an additional installation, an extra tool to manage the solution or without paying for external maintenance fees.
All e-Applications offer great advantages in time, paper, mail, preservation and storage issues. Furthermore, due to the e-Applications accompanying canias4.0, users can find solutions to their needs with a single product, without the need for third party software. As is known, tax-payers can prefer either GIB portal, direct integration or special integrator method in e-Applications. caniasERP offers flexible options to its users for all of these choices. With their simple integration structure, special integrators allow for system integration in a short time. The system keeps all identified features of e-Documents up-to-date within its body and is able to create document contents (UBL) on its own. Document contents can be consistently created for each customer transaction to produce an e-Document including sales, purchase, export and material movements etc. The standard and customized report screens allow for keeping track of e-Documents. Besides, the system allows for intervention to document contents for suppliers' needs reported to our customers, independently from standard caniasERP features or developer power. These interventions are validated in the system through schematron control in order to ensure that they comply with the protocols defined by the Revenue Administration. We gain experience from outgoing documents in e-Applications and use this experience in incoming documents to integrate incoming e-Documents into the necessary modules in the system. Moreover, rule/guidance support that can be defined and adjusted by users, is offered in the integration of e-Documents into modules to improve the control and speed of ERP processes. The performance and security qualities arising from the infrastructure of caniasERP can also be listed among the top advantages we offer. The scheduled tasks feature allows to keep the system up-to-date and traceable. The advantages of this feature include the following: Tax-payers list is updated periodically at times when the system is less busy, the status of the invoices sent is inquired, automatic reports are created and submitted to relevant persons.

Although Personal Data Protection Law is a quite recent regulation in country compared to other countries, it has become more effective day by day. Since digitalization has encompassed us in almost every area of life, it has become inevitable to introduce laws for data protection. As IAS, we have literally had a head start in this issue thanks to the abundance of our overseas organizations. We have created a General Data Protection (GDP) module within canias4.0 to allow for the execution of necessary operations to keep data protected and confidential and to avoid unauthorized use. In addition, we have data analysis reports along with the management of data protection operations. Furthermore, we work in line with our partner integrators as well as the valid protocols and security systems of GIB in sending and receiving e-Documents.
